At Little Tiny Memories, we recommend scheduling your newborn session when your baby is between 5 and 14 days old. This is the perfect window to capture those dreamy, curled-up poses that parents adore. Here’s why:

During the first two weeks, newborns are naturally sleepier and more flexible, making it easier to pose them in those adorable, womb-like positions. After two weeks, babies tend to stretch out more and become more alert, which can make certain poses more challenging.
✨ Fewer Baby Blemishes
Newborn skin changes quickly. While every baby is different, within the first couple of weeks, they may start to develop baby acne, peeling skin, or other minor blemishes. Scheduling the session early helps capture their fresh, smooth newborn skin.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your session during your second trimester. Since newborn photography is time-sensitive, we reserve your due date and adjust the exact session date once your baby arrives.
