How to prepare for Hospital
When preparing for your baby’s birth, packing a hospital bag with key essentials is important, especially if you're planning to capture those first newborn moments through photography. Here’s a list of what to bring:
For Mom:
- Important Documents:
- ID, insurance card, and birth plan (if applicable)
- Hospital paperwork (pre-registration)
- Comfort Items for Labor:
- Loose clothing or a comfortable gown
- Maternity robe for postpartum and newborn photography
- Non-slip socks or slippers
- Comfortable going-home outfit
- Toiletries:
- Toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, lip balm
- Hairbrush, hair ties, and deodorant
- Shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner)
- Glasses or contacts (if needed)
